I can't believe how much this opened my hips and lower back.  I loved starting with the feet and moving up - it made me realize how ignored my feet and ankles are!!  The rocking and stretching was incredible - a bit intense at times but it felt great.  Brandi was very in tune with my limitations and she seemed to select stretches and movements that would just push my limitations a bit.  She is extremely pleasant and professional.  Overall a fabulous experience - thank you!!
